1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Use scissors to cut a heart shape about 1cm away from the edge of the bread (be gentle and don’t cut through the bottom).
3. Flatten the bread within the heart shape to create a hollow.
4. Place the egg in the hollow.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheese between the egg white and the bread edge.
6. Preheat the oven to 150°C with both upper and lower heat. Bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
