Mix milk and salad oil, stir well.
Add sifted low-gluten flour and mix quickly.
Add egg yolks and mix well.

Beat egg whites twice with 50g powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
As shown, lift the egg beater and there is a standing pointed angle, indicating that the egg whites have been beaten.
Take a small amount of egg white and mix it evenly with the egg yolk mixture, then pour in the remaining egg white and mix thoroughly.
Pour into the mold and bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.
Trim the baked cake into two circles.
Mix buttercream and chocolate ganache.
