Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
Use kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture.
Crush the rock sugar and set aside.
Find a sealable glass bottle and sterilize it, then lay a layer of strawberries on the bottom.
Add a layer of rock sugar on top of the strawberries. Repeat this layering process until the bottle is full.
Pour in the baijiu.
Place two slices of lemon on top, then seal the bottle and store it in a cool place for about 10 days. After 3 weeks, remove the strawberries and lemon and continue to store the wine. The taste will be best after 2 months.
