Cake flour: 90g; Plain yogurt: 50ml; Sugar: 60g; Unsalted butter: 60g; Egg: 1.

Cut the butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature.
Add sugar in batches and beat with an electric egg beater until it turns white and increases in volume.
Add the egg liquid to the butter in 6 to 8 portions and mix well.
Add half of the yogurt and sifted cake flour, and mix until there is no flour left.
Add the remaining yogurt and cake flour, and mix well.
Pour the mixture into paper cups, filling them about 70% full. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, bake on the middle and lower levels for 40-50 minutes.
Cool and serve.
