Ingredients:
Dark chocolate: 85g; Butter: 80g; Flour: 30g; Sugar: 12g; Salt: 1g; Egg: 1.
Additional ingredients:
Rum: as needed; Nestle coffee: 3g; Vanilla powder: as needed; Boiling water: 25ml.
Taste: Sweet; Technique: Baking; Time: 20 minutes; Difficulty: Normal.
Air Fryer Chocolate Cake Cooking Steps
Prepare all the ingredients and measure them.
Dissolve 3g (one small bag) of coffee in 25ml boiling water and mix well.
Mix the egg and sugar together.
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.
Add butter and stir until completely melted.
Sift in flour and mix well.
Add the coffee mixture, rum, and vanilla powder. Mix well.
Add the egg mixture and 1g salt. Mix well.
Pour the batter into paper cups until they are 60% full. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes and then put the paper cups with the batter in the air fryer.
It only takes 8 minutes to cook. (I set it for 10 minutes in the picture and it was overcooked.)
The cake is still delicious even without the ‘lava’ center.
