Steps to Make Almond Chocolate Cake Roll
Prepare all the ingredients.
Separate the egg whites and yolks, add granulated sugar to the egg whites.
Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
Add the egg yolks and increase the speed of the mixer, beat until the ingredients are well combined.
The mixture should have a textured appearance.
Sift in the cake flour and mix until there are no lumps, then transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
Pipe the batter evenly onto a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes. Once baked, let it cool and set aside.
Prepare the chocolate, whipping cream, fresh milk, and butter.
