American Vanilla Cream Naked Cake (Strawberry Blueberry Fruit Cake) Cooking Steps
Whip the cream with icing sugar, (use a spatula or piping bag) spread cream and arrange fruits, layer of sponge cake, layer of cream, layer of fruits. Repeat until the final layer of cream and fruits on top.
Spread cream and arrange fruits, layer of sponge cake, layer of cream, layer of fruits. I used strawberries, blueberries, seedless grapes, mulberries, and cashews! Because I prefer these fruits and nuts (you can choose your own fruits and nuts, but it’s best to have a main color theme of red and black fruits, yellow nuts look pretty too)
Spread cream and arrange fruits, layer of sponge cake, layer of cream, layer of fruits.
Repeat until the final layer of cream and fruits on top. (Beside is a 9-inch sponge cake cut for later use)
The image shows a 9-inch sponge cake cut for a naked cake. I baked two at once because someone at home prefers sponge cake without cream, the 9-inch cut can be used for a naked cake or enjoyed as a standalone sponge cake!
