Slice the steamed bun and cut it into the shape of three zebras using scissors (I used a flower roll).
Beat the egg, add salt, dip the zebra in the egg mixture, and fry in a pan until both sides are golden brown, then remove.
Use a piping bag to pipe chocolate sauce to create zebra patterns (I used a chopstick).
Arrange the three zebras on a plate, top with pork floss, and place the red pepper cut into a sun shape to finish.
