Apple Pizza Cooking Steps
Making the crust: First add liquid ingredients, egg yolk, sugar, and salt
Add high-gluten flour and yeast
Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment in a warm place
When it has doubled in size, poke a hole with your finger, and if it doesn’t shrink back, take it out and deflate it
Roll it into a round crust
Brush a thin layer of olive oil on the PIZZA pan, then lay the crust in, press it flat, poke small holes with a fork to prevent it from over-expanding during baking, and let it ferment for 30 minutes
During this time, prepare the toppings: Cut the cheese into small pieces
Also cut the large pieces of dried fruit into small pieces
Peel and cut the apple into small pieces
Put the butter in a pan and melt it over low heat
Add the diced apples and sauté until soft (you can add a little water), then set aside
Put the crust in a preheated oven, 190 degrees, middle layer, bake for 15 minutes, take it out, and spread a layer of salad dressing on it
Sprinkle with shredded cheese
Add the apples and dried fruit on top
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and squeeze salad dressing on the surface
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, middle layer, and bake for 15 minutes (the picture was taken later, it was placed on the middle layer during baking)
