Apple Stuffed Pastry Cooking Steps
Egg yolk into a bowl, add condensed milk
Mix well
Sift in low-gluten flour
Knead into a smooth dough
Divide into dough balls of 30g each, put in a plastic bag, refrigerate for at least half an hour
Take out a dough ball, flatten into a thin sheet
Wrap with an appropriate amount of red bean paste, seal the edges, encasing the filling
Roll into round pastry balls
Use fingers to poke a small hole on the top, with moderate pressure, avoiding piercing the filling to prevent leakage
Place on the middle rack of a preheated oven, 160 degrees Celsius, top and bottom heat, for 15 minutes
After baking, dilute red food coloring with cold water, brush on the surface
Decorate with some leaves and it’s ready to serve
