Steps to Cook Apple Swan
Wash and dry the apple, then cut it in half.
Place the apple cut side down on a table, leaving a small strip in the middle about the size of the apple core. Use a fruit knife to make a vertical cut on each side of the strip.
Leave 4mm thickness on both sides of the bottom of the apple, and make a horizontal cut on each side to create two small pieces.
First, take the small piece on the right side and make a diagonal cut in the middle from the left side, making it shorter. Then make a cut of the same length and depth at the symmetrical position, and connect it to the cut of the first knife. The apple flesh can be easily removed.
Then make a longer and deeper cut on the left side, and repeat the same knife technique at the symmetrical position on the right side.
Repeat this process until all the cuts are made and push out the pieces.
Repeat the same process on the left side, and push out the pieces to make the swan wings.
Take the remaining half of the apple and cut a thin and even slice on the cut side. Cut it into the shape of the swan’s neck.
Fix it in an appropriate position on the top of the swan’s body with a toothpick, and press and connect the swan’s neck. Finally, use apple seeds to make its eyes. When installing the eyes, first make a small groove and then put the apple seeds in it.
