Except for the butter, place all ingredients in the bread machine bucket, starting with liquids, sugar, salt, then add Artemisia powder, flour, yeast
Knead the dough until it is smooth, then add softened butter and continue kneading
When the dough can be stretched into a thin film, it’s ready
The dough does not need to ferment, divide it into 6 equal parts by weight, knead each into a round shape, let it rest for 10 minutes
Take a small piece of dough, roll it into a tongue shape
Roll it up from bottom to top, seal the edge tightly, flatten one end
Place the other end on the flat interface
Seal tightly, pinch firmly
Place the smooth side up on a non-stick baking sheet, repeat the process with the remaining dough, let it ferment in an environment around 30 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes
Boil 800g of water with 40g of sugar, once boiling, reduce to medium heat and keep it slightly boiling, place the smooth side of the bagel in the water, cook for 30 seconds, then flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds; preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius at this point
Remove, drain the water, place on a non-stick baking sheet
