Detailed Steps for Cooking Astragalus Fresh Milk Stewed Bird’s Nest
Take 1-2 bowls of bird’s nest.
Soak in clean water for 7-8 hours, depending on the bird’s nest. Some bird’s nests may not need this long. I usually soak them before I leave in the morning and by the time I get back from work, it’s been 7-8 hours.
After the bird’s nest softens, wash and tear it into strips.
Prepare a stewing cup and add 1 teaspoon of Astragalus.
Add the bird’s nest.
Add red dates and goji berries.
Pour in 200g of fresh milk and a few pieces of rock sugar.
Stew in a water bath using the stew function, stew for half an hour.
It tastes delicious.
