Rinse the fresh pork tenderloin and cut into thin shreds
Add two tablespoons of cooking wine, one tablespoon of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of dark soy sauce, one tablespoon of cornstarch, a pinch of ground pepper, and two tablespoons of oil, mix well and set aside
