Autumn Mix and Match Health Salad – Bacon Lily Broccoli Cooking Steps
Soak the dried lily in advance.
Rinse the broccoli and break into small pieces.
Slice the lotus root, carrot, and broccoli stems.
Cut the bacon into small pieces.
Add salt and a few drops of oil to boiling water, blanch the broccoli, then remove and arrange around the plate.
Add the carrot, lotus root, and broccoli stems and cook for 1 minute.
Add the lily, blanch briefly, then drain.
Heat a little oil in a pan, stir-fry the bacon.
Add chopped green onion and stir-fry until the bacon is cooked.
Add the blanched lily, carrot, lotus root, and broccoli stems, stir-fry evenly.
Season with salt and chicken bouillon.
