Detailed Steps to Make Autumn Pear Lung Nourishing Paste
3 snow pears, washed and peeled
Prepare 20g of ginger, sliced, 2 pieces of monk fruit, 100g of pitted red dates
Cut the pears into small pieces and crush them in a food processor
Crush the monk fruit, crush the fritillaria bulb as well, but forgot to take a photo as it was harder to crush
Put all ingredients into a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of purified water, and start stewing
Stew for about 1 hour, until it is mostly cooked and soft
Strain out the residue
Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, continue stewing for another half an hour, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 20 minutes
Stew until only a bowlful remains, and it’s ready. Cool, add honey, store in the refrigerator, and mix a spoonful with hot water to drink each time
