Avocado Cheesecake Scones Cooking Steps
Mash the avocado and mix with eggs and heavy cream in a bowl.
Add salt, sugar, and walnut oil, mix well.
Add yeast.
Add flour and knead into a dough. Regular all-purpose flour works fine.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
Knead the dough until well combined.
Cover with a damp cloth and let it ferment until doubled in size.
Roll out the fermented dough to about 1 cm thick, then cut into rounds with a mold.
Place on a baking tray, then ferment in a warm and humid place for 20-30 minutes.
Brush the surface with beaten egg after fermentation.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius, then bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
