Filling:
Avocado puree: 66g; Lemon juice: 1/2 tsp; Vanilla extract: 1/8 tsp; Powdered sugar: 50g~110g.
Cream cheese frosting:
Cream cheese: 100g; Butter: 50g; Powdered sugar: 25g.
Others:
Vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp.

Avocado Cupcake Cooking Steps
Weigh out all the required ingredients first
Mix flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda, sift together
Mash avocado, mix with sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla extract, water, beat until smooth
Combine 2 and 3, stir until well mixed, do not overmix to avoid a tough texture
Fill cupcake liners about 3/4 full, bake at 175C for 20 to 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Mix avocado puree, lemon juice, vanilla extract, gradually add powdered sugar, more sugar results in a thicker consistency and sweeter taste
Let cupcakes cool, remove a 1cm diameter portion from the center, fill with avocado puree, top with desired frosting
