Detailed steps for cooking Avocado, Egg, and Fish Sausage Sandwich
Take three slices of whole wheat bread and dry roast them in a pan (without oil) until the surface of the bread is crispy. Remove and place on a plate for later use.
For two servings, beat two eggs with a little water/milk, add a little black pepper and onion and garlic powder, and mix well.
Cut two fish sausages in half.
Heat a little olive oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture, and fry until the egg is cooked. Add the fish sausage and fry until slightly golden. Remove from the pan and place on a plate for later use.
Take an avocado, remove the skin and pit, and slice it as desired.
