Detailed Steps for Making Avocado Rice Ball & Bell Pepper Egg Cup
Combine rice and glutinous rice, add two cups of water in the inner pot and one cup of water in the outer pot, steam until cooked.
Mash the avocado, cut the carrot into small decorations.
Add chopped seaweed to the steamed rice and mix well.
Press the mixture into molds, top with avocado puree, and add carrot decorations on top.
Remove the core of the bell pepper, beat the egg, add 100ml water, pour into the bell pepper cup.
