Mash the banana, leaving some chunks if desired.
Pour in the pancake mix and stir; it may seem dry at first, but it will come together gradually.
Add the milk in three portions, stirring well after each addition.
The batter is ready.
Scoop some batter into a pan, cook over low heat until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip.
Flip with a spatula.
Continue cooking until desired color is achieved.
Done! These can be frozen; wrap individually in plastic wrap and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds when ready to eat. Be careful, they may be hot.
