Bacon and Purple Sweet Potato Spring Rolls Cooking Steps
Prepare the ingredients.
Peel the purple sweet potatoes and cut the butter into small pieces.
Steam until cooked.
Mash the purple sweet potatoes and add an appropriate amount of fresh milk.
Add the butter and mix well.
Fry the bacon in a pan until cooked.
Take a spring roll wrapper and place the cooked bacon on top.
Spread the purple sweet potato mash on top of the bacon.
