Steps to Make Bacon Spaghetti
First, dice the onion and garlic, 3 cloves of garlic are enough.
Dice the cherry tomatoes as needed.
Cut the bacon slices into dices. Since there is no refrigerator, the entire 500g pack was cut, for a meatier taste, you can choose 200-300g.
Combine the diced ingredients together, the basic ingredients are all here.
Now, start boiling the spaghetti. The cooking time varies depending on the brand, usually indicated on the bottom of the packaging.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant, then add the bacon and continue to stir-fry.
When the bacon is halfway cooked, add the diced tomatoes and two tablespoons of water.
Add half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, and tomato sauce as needed. Adjust the amount of tomato sauce according to personal preference.
Place the cooked spaghetti on a plate, pour the sauce over it, and sprinkle some black pepper.
Mix well and it’s ready to be served!
