Steps to Cook Baked Oatmeal Sweet Potato
Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the sweet potato into pieces and cook until tender.
Beat the egg and mix with 100g of milk.
Mash the cooked sweet potato, gradually add the milk and egg mixture, then add sea salt, stirring well each time, and finally add 10g of melted butter and mix well.
Add milk to the oatmeal and mix well, let it soak for a while to absorb the milk.
Also add honey and melted butter to the soaked oatmeal and mix well.
Then add crushed walnuts and mix well.
Place the mixed sweet potato puree in a greased baking dish.
Spread the oatmeal on the surface.
