Steps to Make Baked Pear
Wash the pears.
Cut a third of the top part and scoop out the core with a spoon.
Add raisins, goji berries, dried cranberries, almonds, and a small piece of rock sugar.
Put the top part back on and place the pear in a container with some water, about a quarter of the way up the pear. The amount of water is up to you.
Bake at 230 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes. If your oven does not have steam, place a dish of water underneath. Be careful not to let the water dry out and add more hot water if necessary.
The pear is ready when it has a good texture. Do not add too much rock sugar as the pear is already naturally sweet.
