Detailed Steps for Baked Sweet Potato with Milk Flavor
Prepare two sweet potatoes. (I increased the amount.)
Put water in a steamer and cut the sweet potatoes in half. Put them in the steamer.
Cover the steamer.
Steam over high heat until the sweet potatoes can be pierced with a chopstick.
Take out the steamed sweet potatoes and let them cool. Use a spoon to scrape out the sweet potato flesh, but don’t scrape off the skin. (Be careful not to scrape through the skin.)
Add a teaspoon of sugar, fresh cream, and milk to the sweet potato flesh and mix well until smooth.
Fill the sweet potato skins with the sweet potato puree and smooth it out.
Arrange them on a baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake the sweet potatoes on the middle rack with both upper and lower heat for about 20 minutes.
The finished product is sticky, fragrant, sweet, and delicious. (I had a little cheese left, so I just put it in the sweet potato and baked it together. Please ignore it.)
