Detailed steps for making Baked Sweet Potatoes (Kunbo Pot)
Rinse the newly acquired Kunbo food-grade pot with water, dry it immediately with kitchen paper, and it can be used to bake sweet potatoes directly.
Find a grill that is one size smaller than the pot mouth and prepare enough tin foil (the tin foil material is relatively thin and can be layered with 4 layers).
Place the grill in the Kunbo food-grade pot.
Overlap the tin foil into a straight tube shape, place it on the grill, stick it firmly to the inner wall of the pot, and wrap the top around the edge of the pot.
Put the cleaned sweet potatoes into the pot.
Cover the pot with the lid (the tin foil protruding from the pot mouth is conducive to venting excess water vapor out of the pot).
Bake on high heat for 30 minutes first (due to the large size of the sweet potatoes, the time can be shortened for small sweet potatoes).
Turn the sweet potatoes over, continue to bake on medium-low heat for 20 minutes, and let them sit for 12 minutes after turning off the heat (remember to wear heat-insulating gloves when turning over to prevent burns). Use chopsticks to poke the sweet potatoes to see if they are cooked through.
