【Baking Up】Vanilla Pudding Cooking Steps
Split the vanilla pod in half, scrape out the seeds, add to milk and bring to a simmer, then turn off heat and let it sit for 5 minutes
Pour in sugar and heavy cream, mix well
Let the milk mixture cool to warm, then add in beaten egg mixture and mix well
Preheat oven to 150°, strain the egg-milk mixture twice, pour from low to avoid air bubbles
Divide into containers, place on a baking pan with hot water, bake in a water bath for about 40 minutes
Cool to room temperature, refrigerate for an hour before serving
