Detailed Steps for Making Banana and Pear Enzyme
One hour in advance, turn on the power of the enzyme machine and activate the air purification and sterilization function (you will feel air flowing out when touching the bottom of the enzyme machine with your hand)
Activate the enzyme powder by adding a small amount of warm water (around 37°C) to a measuring cup, then pour in 1 pack of enzyme powder, stir to dissolve, and set aside
Weigh 400g of sugar using a digital scale
Pour 400g of rock sugar into a bucket with 3L of water, stir (special enzyme bucket for Good Grade),
Total weight of bananas and pears is 500g
Pour the bananas and pears, along with the activated enzyme powder, into the bucket and stir
After closing the enzyme bucket lid, place it in the enzyme machine, select the “Fresh Brewing” function, and press start.
After 12 hours in the bucket, stir 2-3 times daily.
After 60 hours of fermentation, taste it – if it is more sour than sweet and has a fruity aroma, it is ready to be taken out of the bucket.
