Prepare all the ingredients
Peel and mash the bananas, mix with lemon juice
Separate egg yolks, mix with water and vegetable oil
Sift in cake flour and mix well
Add mashed bananas and mix well
Add cream of tartar to egg whites, beat until foamy, then gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form
Take 1/3 of the egg white mixture and fold into the egg yolk mixture
Once combined, pour the egg yolk mixture back into the egg white bowl and fold gently
