Detailed Steps to Make Banana Mango Smoothie – Healthy Drink in a Cup
Prepare yogurt in advance (you can also use store-bought, but homemade is healthier and more meaningful), making yogurt is simple, you only need full-fat milk and yogurt starter, usually 1L of milk with 1g (1 packet) of yogurt starter.
All utensils for making yogurt, including the yogurt container, should be sterilized at high temperature and dried thoroughly, pour 250ml of milk into a suitable container, add yogurt starter and 30g of fine sugar (you can also skip the sugar), stir until the yogurt starter and sugar dissolve.
Pour in the remaining milk, mix well.
Sift once, it will make the yogurt smoother.
Pour into the prepared container.
After covering the lid, place it in the bread machine bucket (I use the yogurt function of the bread machine to make it, if using a yogurt maker, the previous steps are the same).
Start the yogurt program, default 8 hours. (This time can be adjusted based on the actual situation, for example, in summer, 6 hours may be enough.)
After 8 hours, the thick homemade yogurt is ready, simply add banana, mango, and it’s ready to enjoy.
