Detailed Steps for Making Banana Yogurt Cheesecake Mousse
Prepare the Ingredients
Blend one banana with a pack of yogurt in a blender to make a smoothie, drink a bit of it and set aside.
Soak gelatin sheets in advance.
Mix the cream cheese well.
Melt the gelatin using a double boiler.
Heat the cream cheese with 40g of fine sugar in a double boiler until smooth, add the melted gelatin, and then fold in the whipped cream.
Add the yogurt banana mixture, sift and mix well.
Cut the cake slices into two pieces, use one piece as the base (I used a 6-inch springform cake pan), and keep the other piece aside.
Pour in the mousse mixture.
Add another layer of cake.
Pour in the mousse mixture and refrigerate for about 4 hours to set.
Melt a pack of yellow QQ candy with 20g of water, let it cool.
Pour the melted mousse on top, slightly tilt, and refrigerate to set.
Boil another pack of red QQ candy into liquid, pour it on the slightly tilted mousse surface, and refrigerate until set.
