Detailed Steps for Cooking Bang Bang Hammer Chicken Wings
Put the chicken wings in a bowl, cover them with cold water, add a few slices of ginger, and soak for 3-4 hours. The longer the soaking time, the better the taste of the chicken wings as it helps to remove the blood from the wings.
After soaking, pour out the blood and wash the wings twice. Then, we start making the Bang Bang Hammer. Cut the joint at the back of the chicken wings with a knife and break the bone.
Flip the chicken leg meat up and the Bang Bang Hammer is ready.
Add the marinade, you can buy ready-made Orleans seasoning and pour it in.
Chop the garlic cloves and mix them with the marinade. This will make the baked chicken wings especially fragrant.
These Bang Bang Hammer chicken wings are especially flavorful. I marinated them for about 2 hours and they tasted great.
Wrap the ankle joint of the chicken wings with small pieces of tin foil, making it easy to pick up and eat.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius for 5-10 minutes. Place the chicken wings in the oven, brush a little corn oil, and bake for 15 minutes. Then, flip them over, brush a little honey, not too much, and continue to bake for 10-15 minutes.
Ready to serve.
The Orleans seasoning is slightly spicy. If you don’t like this seasoning, you can use black pepper seasoning or other non-spicy seasonings for simple marination. The method is the same, and the taste is still great.
