Baumeister Cocoa Cheesecake Cup Cooking Steps
First, make the cream cheese. Put 1000ml of milk, 1g of bacterial powder, and an appropriate amount of sugar into a yogurt machine and let it sit for 8 hours to make a cup of active yogurt.
Pour the prepared yogurt into a cheese rack, cover it with an inner cover and a top cover, and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Set aside the cream cheese that has been made.
Make the cake. Brush a layer of softened butter on the Baumeister mold and set aside.
Put the milk and butter in a container and melt the butter over water.
Sift in cocoa powder and stir well. The chocolate sauce is ready.
Separate the egg whites and yolks. Separate the egg whites into a water-free and oil-free container.
Add the granulated sugar to the egg whites three times and beat until stiff peaks form.
Add the egg yolks and continue to beat until well mixed.
Sift in cake flour and mix well with a scraper from the bottom of the container.
Add the chocolate sauce.
Continue to mix well.
Fill the mold about 8/10 full and shake out the large bubbles.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.
The cooled cake is easy to demold. After demolding, pour a layer of chocolate sauce around the edge of the cake cup.
Put the homemade cream cheese into a pastry bag.
Squeeze it into the cup and decorate with strawberries.
