Steps for Making Bean Curd Skin and Enoki Mushroom Salad
Blanch the bean curd skin with boiling water and let it cool. Cut into thin strips.
Cook the enoki mushrooms in boiling water and let them cool.
Remove and let them cool.
Cut an onion into thin strips.
Put the onion strips and enoki mushrooms into the bean curd skin strips. Add 3 tablespoons of soybean paste.
