Mix ingredient A in the bread machine until the dough is slightly smooth. Refrigerate the starter dough until it is 2-2.5 times its original size. Tear the fermented starter dough into small pieces, mix it with ingredient B until well blended. Then add the butter from ingredient C and knead until smooth with a film. After fully kneading the starter dough with the main dough, continue fermenting for about 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, add matcha powder and red yeast rice powder to 2 portions respectively, knead until the colors are even, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out the rested dough into an oval shape.
