Steps to Make Beef and Broccoli Rice Bowl
Wash and slice the beef.
Add cornstarch, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and satay sauce to the beef and mix well.
Add some peanut oil and mix well to lock in the moisture.
Wash and cut the broccoli into sections.
Add an egg to the rice and mix well.
Heat the wok and add the rice. Stir-fry over high heat.
Add a little soy sauce and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Stir-fry quickly over high heat until evenly mixed, then remove from the wok.
Heat the wok and add the broccoli. Stir-fry.
Add the beef and stir-fry together.
Add an appropriate amount of water and cook until the beef is cooked through. If you like the satay flavor to be stronger, you can add more satay sauce.
Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water and bring to a boil.
Pour the beef and broccoli over the rice (I personally like more sauce).
