Detailed Steps for Cooking Beef and Pineapple Stir-Fry
Fresh beef, it’s best to ask the butcher for brisket, this part of the meat is tender and has a good texture. Pineapples are readily available here, so we often eat this dish.
Thinly slice the beef and marinate with cornstarch, cooking oil, wine, and ginger slices for 10 minutes.
Thinly slice the pineapple and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the pineapple slices until soft, then set aside.
Stir-fry the beef in the pan.
Once the beef changes color, add the pineapple and stir-fry together.
Add green onions, garlic cloves, one-third cup of water, bring to a boil, and finally add sugar.
