【Beef and Shrimp Colorful Platter】- Detailed Cooking Steps
Wash the beef and remove tendons.
Cut the beef into large slices.
Store the excess portions in the refrigerator.
Place the beef slices in a bowl, add green onion, ginger, salt, MSG, Sichuan peppercorn powder, cumin powder, cooking wine, and water, marinate for a while.
Then, add an appropriate amount of cornstarch and marinate for a while.
Prepare a large plate, add bread crumbs and an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds.
After mixing the white sesame seeds and bread crumbs, coat the processed beef slices with the mixture.
Coat the beef slices thoroughly with the bread crumb mixture.
Place the breaded beef slices on a plate and let them rest for a while.
Clean and prepare the large shrimp.
Remove the heads and shells of the shrimp, leaving the tails.
