Steps to Cook Beef with Black Fungus and Persimmon
Cut the tomato and soak the black fungus.
Chop the green onion, ginger, garlic, and cut the beef.
Heat the oil until 80% hot, then add green onion, ginger, garlic, beef, soy sauce, stir-fry. Add water, salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices, vinegar, rock sugar, simmer over low heat for an hour.
