Prepare one 8-inch chiffon cake base.
Divide into three layers evenly.
Wash and dice various fruits.
Whip 500g whipped cream with 40g sugar using an electric mixer on low speed.
When it reaches 5 minutes of whipping, take out about 30g for later use.
Continue whipping the remaining whipped cream with a little blue food coloring until it reaches 9 minutes of whipping.
Place one layer of cake base flat on the bottom tray.
