Cooking Steps for Birthday Cake@@Coffee Cream Cake
Add sponge cake mix, eggs, and water to a mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed until fluffy.
Add two teaspoons of coffee essence.
Continue beating until smooth and creamy.
Add sunflower oil.
Continue mixing until well combined.
Pour batter into a greased baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Place in preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. (Oven temperatures may vary, adjust accordingly)
Once cake is baked, cool and remove from pan. Cut into 3 cake layers.
Slowly add cooked syrup to egg yolks.
Continuously stir until batter turns pale.
Gradually add softened butter to the egg yolk mixture, stirring until smooth. Add coffee extract and a few drops of vanilla essence.
Beat until creamy.
Take one cake layer and spread a thick layer of coffee cream filling.
Place the second cake layer on top and spread another thick layer of coffee cream filling.
Repeat with the third layer and top with another thick layer of coffee cream filling. Chill in the refrigerator to set.
Whip fresh cream.
Remove cake, and spread whipped cream on the surface.
Decorate as desired.
