Cake: 1 8-inch; Whipping cream: 800g; Powdered sugar: 64g; Red food coloring: as needed.

Steps to make Birthday Cake
Bake an 8-inch chiffon cake in advance (recipe in the menu).
Wash and cut the fruit into small pieces (I cut them too big and then changed the size).
Whip the whipping cream with powdered sugar (first 600g, then another 200g).
Cut the cooled cake into 3 equal layers.
Place one cake layer on a cake stand.
Spread whipped cream on the cake layer.
Sprinkle with 3 kinds of fruit pieces (the fruit pieces were too big).
Add whipped cream on top of the fruit and place the second cake layer on top.
Add more whipped cream and fruit pieces (I cut the fruit pieces smaller).
Place the last cake layer on top and spread whipped cream (used 600g of whipped cream and then another 200g).
Use a ganache to draw a tree and the outline of the Chinese character “shou” on the cream-covered cake, and pipe cream flowers around the edges.
Mix red food coloring with whipped cream and fill in the Chinese character “shou”, then add the three kinds of fruit on top.
The 8-inch cake used 800g of whipped cream and weighed 3.5 pounds.
