Birthday Cake Cooking Steps
Separate the eggs into two oil-free and water-free bowls.
Add egg yolks, granulated sugar, milk, and salt to the bowl.
After stirring evenly, add cooking oil.
Sift in the flour and cornstarch (mix well first) and stir evenly.
Beat the egg whites into coarse foam and add 20g granulated sugar to continue beating.
Add 25g granulated sugar and continue beating until it becomes fine foam.
Add the last 25g granulated sugar and continue to beat until it becomes stiff foam.
Beat until it becomes hard foam.
Add 1/3 of the egg white foam to the egg yolk mixture and stir evenly.
Add another 1/3 of the egg white foam to the egg yolk mixture and stir evenly.
Add all the remaining egg white foam to the egg yolk mixture and stir evenly.
The cake batter is ready, cover the mold with plastic wrap.
Boil water in a pot, then put the cake mold into the pot and steam for 40 to 45 minutes. Turn off the heat and wait for 5 minutes before uncovering.
Remove the cake mold from the pot and tear off the plastic wrap.
Take the cake out of the mold (because I was in a hurry, I took it out before it cooled down completely).
Pour 700g of whipped cream into a blender.
Add 70g granulated sugar to the whipped cream.
Beat until it becomes this state, pick up the bowl and turn it over, and the lines do not move.
Take an appropriate amount of pastry cream and spread it evenly on the cake (I cut off 1/3 of the cake for family members who don’t like cream).
Originally intended to make a beautiful cream cake, but I made the simplest decoration at this point (my family had already gone to the restaurant and called me to hurry up, so I had to finish it quickly).
Although it was only average, it received unanimous praise from my family and neighboring customers when I brought it to the restaurant!
Add two longevity peaches for decoration, the color is still quite bright, it’s okay.
Add a happy birthday card, and the work is complete (when I got to the restaurant, it received unanimous praise from my family and neighboring customers!).
Find a biscuit box, which is not bad (not afraid of squeezing or pressing) and can maintain the original shape.
