Detailed Steps for Making Birthday Cake
Trim the edges of the chiffon cake to be slightly smaller than the cake mold, then cut it in half.
Whip 300g of whipping cream with 30g of powdered sugar until slightly ribbony, then refrigerate.
Soak 100g of milk with gelatin sheets until soft, then melt the gelatin sheets in a double boiler.
Pour the melted gelatin into the whipped cream, creating the mousse filling.
Place a layer of cake, pour in half of the mousse filling.
Place another layer of cake.
Pour in the remaining mousse filling, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
After 4 hours, remove the mousse cake from the mold.
Whip 100g of whipping cream with 10g of sugar until it reaches piping consistency, take a small portion and mix with yellow and blue food coloring, then transfer to piping bags.
Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on top of the mousse cake, use a mold to cut out the desired English letters.
Melt dark chocolate in a piping bag placed in hot water, cut a small hole in the piping bag, and write with the chocolate following the letter molds (the smaller the hole in the piping bag, the better).
Place a piping nail, place a parchment paper on top, squeeze out flower centers with a round piping tip.
Squeeze out rose flowers using a 104 piping tip.
Once the blue flowers are piped, switch to piping yellow flowers, then decorate as desired.
