Steps for Cooking Bitter Gourd, Soybean and Pork Rib Soup
Wash the pork rib and soak it in water to remove blood or blanch it in boiling water.
Wash the bitter gourd, remove the seeds and cut it into sections.
Wash the soybeans and drain.
Put the pork rib, bitter gourd and soybeans into a pot and add 6-8 cups of water.
