Ingredients
Soften the butter and add granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla powder.
Beat with an egg beater until well mixed.
Add the whole egg liquid gradually and beat until the mixture becomes a uniform cream.
Sift the low-gluten flour and baking powder together into the cream, and mix well.
Add black and white sesame seeds and mix irregularly.
Scoop out small pieces of 7g each with a spoon or scraper and place them on a baking sheet.
Place in the oven, middle layer, 180 degrees on the upper heat and 160 degrees on the lower heat, and bake for about 15 minutes. After turning off the heat, let it continue to steam for about 10 minutes.
The surface should be golden brown when done.
