3 Lipton tea bags; 236g fresh milk; 3 cups of water.

75g brown sugar; 500g water; 25g white agar-agar powder.

Steps to Make Black Diamond Milk Tea
Boil 3 cups of water in a pot, add tea bags to infuse the tea flavor, discard the tea bags, add fresh milk and sugar, and bring to a boil. Adjust the sweetness to your liking, then turn off the heat, let it cool, and refrigerate for later use.
Boil 500g of water in a pot, add white agar-agar powder and stir until dissolved, then add brown sugar powder and stir until melted over low heat.
Pour the mixture into a container and wait for it to solidify.
After the agar-agar has solidified, cut it into small cubes. If there are leftovers, you can refrigerate them and eat them another day.
Scoop the agar-agar cubes into a glass, add ice cubes and milk tea, and enjoy a refreshing drink on a hot summer day!
