Steps to Make Black Pepper Angel Hair Pasta
First, make the black pepper sauce. Cut half an onion into small pieces. You will also need butter, milk, water, soy sauce, and black pepper as listed in the ingredients.
Cut the other half of the onion and the green pepper into thin strips. Cut the sausage into slices. (Accidentally bought a bad-tasting sausage.)
Heat up the pan with oil on high heat. Add the sausage and stir-fry until it releases oil. Then add the onion and green pepper and continue to stir-fry on high heat.
Add the black pepper sauce and the cooked angel hair pasta (on top). Carefully stir-fry and turn off the heat. Plate the dish and sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on top. Enjoy!
