Steps to Cook Black Pepper Chicken with Baby Bok Choy
Separately shred the baby bok choy stems and slice the leaves, shred the green and red bell peppers, shred the chicken breast (mix with some cornstarch and a little dark soy sauce).
Heat the pan, add oil, stir-fry the chicken shreds until cooked and then remove from the pan.
Leave some oil in the pan, stir-fry the scallions and ginger until fragrant, then add the shredded bok choy stems.
After stirring evenly, add the bok choy leaves and green and red bell peppers.
Stir well, then add some salt, 1 tbsp of black pepper sauce, and the cooked chicken shreds, stir-fry until well combined and serve!
